While CML does occasionally mention Complex trauma (meant in the layman's sense) and discusses Religious Trauma Syndrome, these are not recognized by any insurance providers or most therapists/psychaitrists. Everything shared here by CML should be considered GENERAL EDUCATION; as such, nothing shared by CML should be construed as forming a client-patient relationsihp, nor delve into any "treatment" relationship of any kind, espeically of psychiatric disorders like PTSD, nor clinical anxiety/panic attacks since the founder's background is in massage therapy and not clinical psychology. CML's VLAUES

CML is about making the Mind-Body connection (i.e. the Vagus nerve) available to all humans. CML is about Including everyone, all races, ethnicities, genders and sexual orientations. Learning how to slow down, tune out the world, tune in to our own inner compass, and stack up a life we're proud of is Information all humans should have, as readily as how to brush your teeth! But, especially it's useful for those who are parents/guardians/mentors to others. Living in alignment with your core values is the greatest legacy you can leave those you care about.
