Privacy policy
PREFACE / SUMMARY
Please realize that very little of your information, if any, beyond your name, address, and email address for a purchase is not directly "viewable" nor accessible by anyone at CML. Credit card numbers are certainly not viewable by the company owners, nor the support team. Any claims of fraudulent transactions must be handled directly with the payment processor used for the order, like Apply Pay, ShopPay, Paypal, and such. All personal information is communicated from you, via our Shopify storefront software, cybertronicly transmitted via Shopify's automated software services and application integrations, for which they each are liable, not CML.
As of Dec 2023, the list of companies we have entrusted with your information (like your name, email & home addresses, etc) via your communication through us, includes: Shopify, ShopPay, Printify, ShineOn, Awkward Styles, Drip (ESP), Meta/Instagram/Facebook, GoogleAnalytics, and possibly ZenDrop and Spocket, and/or any outside companies whose links you choose to click on/utilize via a website link that you click on in our email, and/or blog.
In this modern world of data and automated technology running businesses, it's safest to assume that whatever you click on and how you use a website of any kind is tracked somehow or at some point by software services of all types. Included below is what limited uses we CML are logically/consciously aware of, and are shared here to help you try to understand the narrow scope of what may be gathered and how it may be used to improve your shopping experience and/or our sales efficiency. You agree to use this website/blog/print-on-demand order facilitation services at your own risk as described here in our Terms & Conditions.
