CHECKOUT REMINDERS

Order details cannot be altered or cancelled once production begins, so please:

1) Doublecheck SPELLING on all Personalizations you request.

2) Doublecheck SPELLING of your Address if you have recently moved!

     (Here's the USPS VERIFICATION TOOL to be sure they have your address as valid)

3) PLEASE avoid last-minute Gifting. While our items do ship quickly, the Shipping Estimates below are not guarantees of any specific delivery date. We would HATE for something to go wrong during production, like a hurricane at our Florida fulfillment location, or Mothers Day/Christmas shipping delays which could ruin your special occasion. 

 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS / TIMES

Almost all of our graphic design items are printed and shipped from the US! 

Shipping Time Estimates below are not Guarantees of specific delivery dates. So, please avoid ordering last-minute gifts to avoid having a production delay or shipping issue make your special day incomplete.

All our products should take no more than 14 calendar days to get to you. But since they are made-to-order, all sorts of things could occur to cause delays and refunds are not issued for shipping delays.

Refer to the time-estimates below, and plan ahead to allow ample time for items to be produced, reprinted (if it fails a quality checkpoint) packed AND delivered during peak seasons. We would hate for your special occasion to be ruined by something as silly as a late arrival time. 

 

BLANKETS, MUGS, JOURNALS & APPAREL: Averages 9 days but could be 6-12 days during peak seasons.

JEWELRY is our fastest item to ship!!  Averages 6 days, but could be up to 9 days during peak seasons.

BAGS: These currently ship from overseas unfortunately, so they may take up to the full 14 days.  

 

TRACKING:

Tracking isn't perfect with the various carriers either (which we agree is frustrating). Shipping issues & delays are entirely out of our hands as the suppliers/printers select the shipping company used.

SHIPPING SCOPE

 

Although we are a small business located right here in the US, and we use printers who are mostly located here in the US, CML is not in physical possession of the products. Your items are produced on-demand/made-to-order at a couple of different printing partners we use.

As such, the partners select which shipping carriers they wish to use, and is outside our direct control. That said, please tell us of any problems you experience so we are aware of their mistakes and can voice your concerns to our partners; otherwise, they would not be aware of any issues with who they have chosen.

Thank you for your business, and thank you as well for being informed consumers, not holding us liable for others' mistakes. The production/fulfillment companies we rely upon are not formal "business partners" of ours, more like "contractors" that we've selected to fulfill the orders. As such, we have little/no influence over what shipping carriers they select to deliver goods. Please contact us to make us aware that you're disappointed with shipping/packaging experience and we can send those complaints on to the Printers(!). But, we may not be able to impact much help to speed the shipment along. Please understand that as a small business, we can’t absorb the cost of reprinting items for you if we were not at fault, so it’s best to order in time for birthdays, etc to allow for delays which do happen in this day/age, and especially around the winter holidays.
